Helping You Move to Online Accounting Software
We firmly believe that online accounting software is the future, and not only because the UK Government is moving all businesses that way with its Making Tax Digital initiative.
All our standard packages include subscriptions to Quickbooks or Xero online accounting and Receipt Bank data scanning software.
We are happy to work with you if you use another other cloud accounting system, although we’ll recommend transferring to Quickbooks or Xero if our experience tells us it would make sense for your business. When you work with us, we’ll make sure you’re set up for success on the system of your choice and help you get the most out of it. We know that making the switch can be hard. We offer training where you need it.
We love online accounting software because you see your finances in real time, not just a snapshot of how they looked last month or last year. It saves you time because there’s no more manual data entry of invoices or receipts. It also saves you storage space because everything is held digitally in the cloud, not in filing cabinets.
What’s more, online accounting software can integrate with stock management systems, time keeping packages, ERP systems and more, giving you much better and easier access to all the information that’s in your business.
Meet The Team
Beatrix Szasz, MICB, MAAT
BSB Accounting is owned and run by Beatrix Szasz, MICB MAAT, a qualified accountant and certified bookkeeper with over 14 years’ experience. She is a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor, a Xero certified advisor, and is Chair of the Gloucestershire branch of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. She is also an economist by training.
Beatrix is passionate about learning so she can always deliver the best value to clients. She regularly attends industry conferences and CPD events so she can stay up-to-date with the latest thinking and develop her skills.
Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Sticky and Daisy.
Pippa Paradise, MICB
Pippa Paradise, MICB, is a Xero Certified Advisor and is currently undertaking QuickBooks training. She is an active member of her local ICB branches, and loves helping businesses organise their financial paperwork. She looks forward to helping your business!
Outside business, she is a mum to 3 small children and on the committee of their school’s PTA.
Monika Pem, AICB
Monika Pem AICB, is an ICB certified bookkeeper with a keen eye for details. Her responsibilities include inputting financial data into bookkeeping software, ledger entries, payroll and administrative tasks. Her commitment to providing excellent service helps the business run smoothly.
When she's not organizing financial transactions, Monika loves to read and spend time outside either doing the gardening or hiking in the countryside.
Eszter Petrinovics, MA ATT
Eszter is a tax specialist, a qualified accountant and certified bookkeeper having the full qualification for ATT, AAT and ICB. She is currently on the ATT-CIOT Tax Pathway specialising in Owner Managed businesses.
Between 2016 and 2021 Eszter was also a tax tutor and speaker, writing accredited tax and accounting training materials and teaching ICB level 4 students, for which, she has been awarded the ICB LUCA Awards Tutor of the Year twice in 2017 and 2020.
With three Master's degrees in economics, business development and regional development, her deep understanding of how internal and external forces shape businesses was honed through her academic pursuits.
When not working, Eszter becomes 'Reedy' and enters the world of gaming and adventure!
Akos Tomcsanyi
Akos is currently studying Accounting T level at Cirencester College. As part of this industrial placement he started to work with BSB in 2021 and he is responsible for digital data entry. Also to set up new clients with Dext access and connect it to their accounting software.
He also helps with chasing supplier statements and allocating invoices.
When Akos is not at college or work, he most likely to be found on the road driving, as his passion is driving and cars.
